Dry It Out Fast
After a leak, the EPA advises drying wet areas within 24 to 48 hours to help prevent mold. A strong dehumidifier running nonstop makes a real difference while you wait for repairs. Read what to do in the first 48 hours.

Can I just paint over a water stain?
Stain-blocking primer can cover an old, dry stain. If the drywall is soft, swollen or still damp, it needs to be replaced.
Do you fix the leak too?
We repair the drywall. If the leak needs a licensed plumber or roofer, we tell you up front so it is fixed before we close the wall.
What if there is mold?
If we find mold behind the wall, we stop and let you know so it can be handled properly before we patch.
